Uk Secrets exposed. Now we need to see Obama's Secrets

Britain handed rebel to Gaddafi torturers: Devastating secret files in Libya reveal UK 'crossed the line' to prop up tyrant

  • Letter shows MI6 provided intelligence which led to the 'rendition' of a Libyan dissident
  • Abdel Hakim Belhadj said he wasn't allowed a bath for three years and was kept in an isolation cell

Tortured: Abdel Hakim Belhadj
Tortured: Abdel Hakim Belhadj said he was hung from a wall and kept in isolation
Damning claims have emerged that Britain helped send a terror suspect into the bloody hands of Colonel Gaddafi.
A secret letter found in an abandoned Libyan government building appears to show that MI6 provided intelligence which led to the ‘rendition’ of a Libyan dissident who was then tortured horrifically.
Abdel Hakim Belhadj, who by a bitter irony is now a senior military commander in the rebel army, last night claimed British agents were among the first to question him in Tripoli, adding that he was very ‘surprised that the British got involved in what was a very painful period in my life’.
He said: ‘I wasn’t allowed a bath for three years and I didn’t see the sun for one year.
'They hung me from the wall and kept me in an isolation cell. I was regularly tortured.’
Astonishingly, the letter’s author appears desperate to take credit for Britain’s role, and fawning in his attitude to Musa Kusa, Gaddafi’s intelligence chief who was known as the regime’s ‘envoy of death’.
He writes: ‘This was the least we could do for you and for Libya to demonstrate the remarkable relationship we have built over recent years.’
The letter lays bare the startlingly close relationship between British spies and senior figures in the Gaddafi regime, and raises serious questions about whether the UK helped in one of the most controversial elements of the U.S. ‘war on terror’ – the illegal movement of prisoners around the world.

The explosive letter was among hundreds of documents found abandoned by campaign group Human Rights Watch on Friday in the offices formerly occupied by Kusa as head of the Libyan foreign ministry.
Their authenticity has not been officially confirmed.

How the Yard jumped to Libya's call over Saif 'assassination' threat

Headlined ‘for Musa in Tripoli from Mark in London’, the letter about Belhadj is thought to have been written by Sir Mark Allen, MI6’s then counter-terrorism chief, who now works for BP.
It was written days before Tony Blair arrived in Tripoli for the notorious ‘Deal in the Desert’ in March 2004.
In the letter, the writer discusses the arrangements for the PM’s visit, including the suggestion that Downing Street wanted Mr Blair and the Libyan leader to appear in a tent together because the image would appeal to the British public.
Alarmingly, at the end of the letter he congratulates Musa Kusa on the arrival of Mr Belhadj, who Human Rights Watch said is also known as Abu Abd Allah Sadiq, and appears to indicate the rendition was carried out by the U.S. on the basis of British intelligence.
There is no suggestion, however, that Britain was directly involved in the operation to capture him.

Taking clear credit for the fact that Belhadj is in Libyan custody, he writes: ‘I am so glad. I was grateful to you for helping the officer we sent out last week. Abu Abd Allah’s information on the situation in this country is of urgent importance to us.’
He also boasts of keeping the Americans in the dark and dealing with Musa Kusa directly, and refers to the prisoner as ‘air cargo’.
He added: ‘Amusingly, we got a request from the Americans to channel requests for information from Abu Abd Allah through the Americans. I have no intention of doing any such thing.
‘The intelligence about Abu Abd Allah was British. I know I did not pay for the air cargo. But I feel I have the right to deal with you direct on this and am very grateful to you for the help you are giving us.’
Last night the leading human rights lawyer Geoffrey Robertson QC said the documents should be passed to the Gibson inquiry which is considering allegations of British complicity in torture.
'The English love a tent'
Fawning letters from 'Mark at MI6'
He said: ‘MI6 were entirely right to have dealings with Libyan intelligence in 2004 to obtain information . . . but they had no right to assist Gaddafi’s regime by illegal rendition – putting dissidents in the hands of a brutal agency that was well known to use torture and murder.’
The documents show how British intelligence led to Belhadj being captured in Bangkok on in March 2004. MI6 knew of his whereabouts because Belhadj was attempting to seek asylum in the UK.
Documents show that five days before he was taken back to Tripoli, MI6 gave Libya Belhaj’s French and Moroccan aliases, and told them he was in detention in Sepang, Malaysia.
The papers also suggest that there were at least eight occasions when the CIA sent terrorism suspects for questioning in Libya.
SAS trained killers of the brutal Khamis Brigade
Other documents expose how Sir Mark flattered the Libyan spy chief, at one point thanking him for ‘a large volume of dates and oranges’. Spies also sent Christmas greetings, helped obtain telephone numbers and details of Libyan dissidents in the UK, the documents suggest.
Musa Kusa, who fled the regime with the assistance of MI6 in February, came to the UK and is now thought to be in the Middle East.
Last night the Foreign Office appeared to confirm they were genuine when a spokesman said: ‘It is the Government’s longstanding policy not to comment on intelligence matters.
‘Nor would we comment on leaked British documents.’
Sir Mark did not respond to requests for comment. A BP spokesman declined to comment.

Bomber freed to avert 'holy war': Lying Labour's key role in handing Megrahi to Libya

Labour secretly helped free the Lockerbie bomber to appease Colonel Gaddafi, who was threatening to scupper oil contracts and unleash ‘holy war’ on Britain, it was revealed yesterday.
Victims’ families expressed fury as ‘smoking gun’ memos exposed the real reason Britain worked frantically behind the scenes to have Abdelbaset Al Megrahi released.
The dictator had warned of ‘dire consequences’ if the man convicted of blowing up Pan Am Flight 103 and killing 270 people died in a British jail.

Officials feared the vindictive Gaddafi would order the harassment – ‘or worse’ – of British nationals, the cancellation of business contracts with companies including BP and Shell, and the end of defence and anti-terror co-operation.

Labour ministers repeatedly claimed the decision to release Megrahi was taken solely by the Scottish Executive on ‘compassionate grounds’ because he had prostate cancer and supposedly only three months to live. He returned to Tripoli a hero and remains alive today, two years later.

Uncensored documents found lying around in the British ambassador’s residence in Tripoli show how Labour ignored the likely fury of the U.S. administration and Lockerbie victims’ families to pave the way for Megrahi’s release.
Rosemary Wolfe, whose stepdaughter was among the 189 American victims of the bombing, said: ‘These documents are the smoking gun that we all knew existed.
‘They show what we have thought all along – that the Labour government and the Scottish government were complicit in securing the early release of Megrahi.’
Why were secrets lying around?
How Brown played the Prince Andrew card
Mrs Wolfe, 70, from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, said: ‘They have lied to the British people and they have lied to us. Releasing Megrahi was nothing to do with his health, but carried out because of business and oil. Those involved should hang their heads in shame.’
The cache of documents includes a January 2009 memo sent to the then Foreign Secretary David Miliband by Robert Dixon, head of the North Africa section, in which he states: ‘Gaddafi wants Megrahi to return to Libya at all costs.
‘Libyan officials and ministers have warned of dire consequences for the UK-Libya relationship and UK commercial operations in Libya in the event of Megrahi’s death in custody.’
Riddle of BBC man's notebook
He adds: ‘We believe Libya might seek to exact vengeance.’
Another memo lays bare the duplicity of the Brown government by revealing how ministers schemed to hide behind the Scots when the flak started flying.
Foreign Office Minister Bill Rammell apparently laid out ‘parameters’ which included stressing it was Scottish ministers who made decisions on release, and ensuring the Americans did not view the Government as ‘conniving in Megrahi’s unjustified removal from the UK’.
Informal discussions with the Scottish Executive led to an understanding that it would agree to a compassionate release, it was stated in one memo.
Possible consequences for Britain were spelled out in several files, one of which said the UK was vulnerable to the tactics used against the Swiss after Gaddafi’s son Hannibal was arrested for beating servants. These included the arrest of businessmen for ‘visa irregularities’ and closing down local subsidiaries of Swiss companies.
Earlier this year, after a review of the paperwork in the case, Cabinet Secretary Sir Gus O’Donnell said Labour ministers did ‘all they could’ to free Megrahi.
Ministers were accused of ‘acting like lawyers for the Libyans’ as the unprecedented release of Whitehall papers revealed how Labour had a ‘game plan’ and secretly plotted to ‘facilitate’ an appeal by the Libyans over Megrahi.
They were determined to seal a BP oil deal and strengthen political ties with Libya, the review found.
When Megrahi returned on a flight from Glasgow to Tripoli, he was accompanied by Gaddafi’s son Saif who told him his name had been ‘on the table in all commercial, oil and gas agreements we supervised during this period’.
No surrender at Gaddafi bolthole

Gaddafi wants to get him back at all costs: Embassy documents revealed tyrant vowed 'holy war' if mass killer died in Scottish prison

Gaddafi wants to get him back at all costs: Embassy documents revealed tyrant vowed 'holy war' if mass killer died in Scottish prison

Britain paved the way for the release of Lockerbie bomber Abdelbaset Al Megrahi after receiving repeated threats of 'dire consequences' from Colonel Gaddafi if he died in his Scottish prison cell.
Officials were warned the Libyan dictator would view this as 'a death sentence' and unleash a series of reprisals similar to the 'holy war' he launched against the Swiss after they arrested one of his sons.
A series of documents marked 'confidential' and 'restricted' reveal that British diplomats feared these would include harassment - 'or worse' - of British nationals; the cancellation of lucrative contracts with firms such as BP, Shell and BG (formerly British Gas); and the end of defence deals and counter-terrorism co-operations.

As a result, the British Government ignored the anger of both America and the families of Lockerbie victims to push for the fastest possible release, by signing a Prisoner Transfer Agreement with Libya.
Two years ago, Megrahi was released on compassionate grounds and returned to Tripoli, where he received a hero’s welcome from Gaddafi. He was suffering terminal prostate cancer and was said to have less than three months to live. Last week he was tracked down to his Tripoli home and it emerged he is still alive, although very ill.

The cache of uncensored documents discovered in the Libyan capital makes it clear the last Government worked frantically behind the scenes to appease Gaddafi’s ‘unpredictable nature’ – even suggesting Prince Andrew be used as a go-between.

Labour Ministers repeatedly claimed that the decision to release Megrahi was taken by the Scottish administration alone – a position the Scots, keen to underline their independence, endorsed.
And earlier this year, an internal Government inquiry headed by Sir Gus O’Donnell, Britain’s most senior civil servant, concluded there was no evidence of London pressuring the Scottish Executive to release Megrahi.

However, a dramatically different picture has now emerged from the uncensored documents.
One memo sent to the then Foreign Secretary David Miliband and Foreign Office Minister Bill Rammell in January 2009 says: ‘Gaddafi wants Megrahi to return to Libya at all costs.
'Libyan officials and ministers have warned of dire consequences for the UK-Libya relationship and UK commercial operations in Libya in the event of Megrahi’s death in custody.’
The memo, written by Robert Dixon, head of the North Africa Team at the Foreign Office, added that one prominent Libyan minister warned Gaddafi would regard this as ‘a death sentence’. Mr Dixon concluded: ‘We believe Libya might seek to exact vengeance.’
British diplomats had little doubt Gaddafi’s threats were genuine, and suggested attempts to appease him using both ‘well-timed telephone contacts’ between Mr Brown and the dictator, and the Duke of York’s personal contacts with both Gaddafi and Musa Kusa, his foreign secretary who defected to Britain in the early stages of the war.

Possible consequences for Britain were spelled out in several documents. One said the UK was vulnerable to the tactics used against the Swiss after the arrest of Gaddafi’s son Hannibal for beating servants.
These included the arrest of businessmen for ‘visa irregularities’, closing down local subsidiaries of Swiss companies, cancelling commercial flights and withdrawing billions from Swiss banks.
One memo also lays bare the duplicity of the Brown Government. It says Mr Rammell laid out ‘parameters’, which included stressing that decisions on release were made by Scottish Ministers and ensuring the Americans did not see the Government as ‘conniving in Megrahi’s unjustified removal from the UK’. It adds that informal soundings with the Scottish Executive had led to an understanding they would agree to compassionate release.
Officials accepted there were ‘presentational risks’, over the release of Megrahi, who was jailed for life for the bombing of Pan Am flight 103, which killed 270 when it exploded over Lockerbie. They predicted his release would lead to public suspicions that ‘the UK is prepared to do anything to maintain its commercial and other ties with Libya’. They also accepted there were ‘real risks for the UK-US relationship’.
The US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, it is revealed, twice raised American concerns over the affair with David Miliband in March 2009. But diplomats made it clear they preferred American fury to ‘a series of potentially extreme risks to UK staff, nationals and our long-term energy security in the event of a Libyan overreaction to Megrahi’s death in custody’.

Obama Creates Political 'Cyber-Bunker' For Political War Machine

Other Online Strategies

(Washington Times) - On digital battleground, Obama is armed and dangerous. ‘Data geniuses’ deploy online strategies. Obama for America campaign staffers work at headquarters, a 55,000-square-foot office in a high-rise in downtown Chicago. Specialists in digital media work side by side with field operators, Web designers and phone-bank volunteers.

The integration of employees with digital expertise together with more traditional political campaign staff is now standard operating procedure.

President Obama holds the early advantage in the digital campaign for re-election, but his Republican challengers aren’t ceding any ground in the race to gain an edge through social media and other online strategies.

At the Obama for America campaign headquarters in a skyscraper near Millennium Park, the emphasis on digital is everywhere. At one cluster of desks, 10 or so casually dressed young men with expertise in digital media brainstorm about the “next big thing” — perhaps the successor to Twitter — that the campaign will deploy to attract supporters and donors.

“They can focus on the general election, and they’ve raised a ton of money,” said Alex Lundry, vice president and research director at TargetPoint Consulting, a data-mining firm that works with Republicans. “That allows them to do more.”

Throughout Obama for America’s 50,000-square-foot office, specialists in digital media work side by side with field operators, Web designers and phone-bank volunteers. The integration of employees with digital expertise together with more traditional political campaign staff is now standard operating procedure.

“We’re getting organized; we’re getting very organized,” said Katie Hogan, the campaign’s deputy press secretary who was standing near empty desks soon to be occupied by new hires. The campaign recently put out a call for “analysts and data geniuses.”

Mr. Obama passed another e-milestone this week by becoming the nation’s first commander in chief to open an account with the location-based social networking service Foursquare.

The account was announced on the White House blog Monday evening and has been put to use to “check in” and post “tips” and video on Mr. Obama’s bus tour to small towns in Iowa and Minnesota. Within a day of opening the account, Mr. Obama had 11,000 Foursquare followers.

Joe Rospars, the campaign’s chief digital strategist, said in a recruiting email that Obama for America “will wage the most innovative and effective digital campaign in history, a team that will not just surpass but demolish our fundraising, communications, and organizing goals.”

Despite Mr. Obama’s head start in online operations, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus said the president won’t have the same advantage as in 2008 because he is no longer the new candidate on the block.

“Obama also had a movement in ‘08,” Mr. Priebus told The Washington Times in a recent interview. “In politics, a movement transcends everything. We had a movement in 2010, and look what happened. You can’t just rest your future in politics on what are you doing for social media.”

But Mr. Lundry, who is not affiliated with a presidential campaign, said Mr. Obama’s re-election operation is moving ahead ambitiously to analyze reams of data from various online sources and translating them into ways to gain donations and voters.

“What’s different is they’re doing it in-house,” Mr. Lundry said. “Every component of the organization is sharing data liberally. Compared with four years ago, people are getting better at collecting data, analyzing it and linking it. That’s where Obama is going, and that’s where [Republicans] are going.”

Mr. Obama, the first presidential candidate to fully exploit social media such as Facebook and Twitter, is able to build off an email list of about 9 million followers amassed during the 2008 campaign. In the second quarter of this year, Obama for America and the Democratic National Committee paid a combined $1.04 million to Bully Pulpit Interactive, which is handling online ads for both groups.

Obama for American paid another $400,000 to Blue State Digital, another online operation co-founded by Mr. Rospars.

In the Republican field, the campaign of former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney led in spending on digital media in the second quarter with about $330,000. The next closest was the campaign of former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, who didn’t crack the $100,000 mark and who is now out of the race.

Mr. Lundry, who worked for Mr. Romney’s campaign in 2008 and whose firm is working with him again, said Mr. Romney has “clearly the only data-driven campaign on the Republican side.”

Republicans are working on several fronts to match the Obama campaign’s online prowess, although their effort isn’t as coordinated as the Democrats’ because the GOP is months away from choosing its nominee.

Mr. Romney’s campaign has hired Zac Moffatt, formerly a partner at the Republican digital agency Targeted Victory, as the campaign’s digital director. Mr. Moffatt worked for the RNC in 2008 and led the successful digital campaign in 2010 for Senate candidate Marco Rubio, Florida Republican. In the Romney campaign, he leads a stand-alone department at the same level as a traditional communications director or political strategist.

The RNC’s Mr. Priebus described himself as an avid fan of social media and of the political potential of online means of communicating with donors and supporters.

He recounted how the RNC is working with partners in Silicon Valley to roll out a social media application called Way In, which Mr. Priebus described as a combination of “real-time polling and real-time ‘friend’ connections” to allow the GOP to communicate interactively with supporters.

“I think it’s going to take the country by storm,” he said. “It’s more of a social media tool for us to use in communicating with our base, with social media folks, with the youth, with whoever wants to use the tool. We’re thinking of everything that we can do to be better in the social media and digital world.”

As economy burns, David Cameron flies his British tennis coach out and retires his Italian one or the depression of 2011

As economy burns, David Cameron flies his British tennis coach out and retires his Italian one

The world economy may be teetering on the edge of a precipice. But on his summer holidays in Tuscany, David Cameron has other things on his mind - such as improving his forehand smash.
The Prime Minister is combining his two-week family break in a luxury 18th Century villa with tennis lessons from professional coaches.
No 10 last night confirmed that a coach had just flown out from the UK to the £10,000-a-week mansion that the Camerons are sharing with family friends.
Taking it easy: While the world economy shuddered, the Camerons relaxed in the sun
Taking it easy: While the world economy shuddered, the Camerons relaxed in the sun
But Downing Street declined to say whether the coach would be teaching Mr Cameron, insisting he was the partner of the nanny to one of the other families staying with the Prime Minister.
A No 10 source also said the tennis expert had not been flown out at Mr and Mrs Cameron’s expense.
But The Mail on Sunday can reveal that, while Barack Obama desperately fought to avoid financial meltdown in the US, tennis has been very much on the agenda for the Prime Minister and his friends.
They have spent the first part of the holiday having two hours of coaching every morning from local tennis instructor Alberto Francalanci.
As the coach himself disclosed yesterday, he has not been asked to come back for the second week. Mr Francalanci said: ‘I was booked for the first week only as I was then told they had someone coming over from England to do the second week of tennis lessons.
Coach: Cameron is 'not a bad player' says Alberto Francalanci
Coach: Cameron is 'not a bad player' says Alberto Francalanci
‘I was told that the coach coming out from England was the boyfriend of one of the nannies - it could have been Mr Cameron’s own nanny but I’m not sure.’
Mr Cameron famously bested Nick Clegg eight games to six in a Coalition duel at Chequers last summer and was captain of Brasenose College tennis team when he was at Oxford University.
The Italian coach said it was clear Mr Cameron was ‘not a bad player - you could tell he had played a bit and his technique wasn’t bad at all.
‘His children had a go as well but they were not too keen.’
Mr Cameron took some time off from his holiday last night to discuss the global economic crisis with President Sarkozy of France. And No 10 last night stressed he was in constant contact with Downing Street staff and keeping fully informed of events.
Paparazzi photographs published last week by Italian newspapers, which The Mail on Sunday has chosen not to show, reveal that Mr Cameron has a slight beer belly and appears to have been piling on the pounds. He is seen larking and joking around by the villa’s swimming pool as the children look on.
On Tuesday last week, Mr Cameron and his party went out for a three-course dinner at the Chiavi D’Oro restaurant in nearby Arezzo where they enjoyed bacon and tomato pasta and steak in a truffle sauce.
Mr Cameron paid the bill and, unlike last week, is understood to have left a tip.

We've been here before. Not 1929, but 1931. And that's not good...

Eye off the ball: U.S. President Barack Obama fumbled during his handling of the crisis
Eye off the ball: U.S. President Barack Obama fumbled during his handling of the crisis
It is certainly a blow to President Obama’s reputation that Standard & Poor’s has downgraded the U.S.’s AAA rating.
He fumbled the Congressional politics of this, as well as his deficit spending.
But the news has been factored in and discounted already. It will fray nerves maybe, but for the rest of us, interbank deals will go on using U.S. Treasury Bonds, even if the U.S. pays some more. Dented prestige is not fatal, so calm down, dear.
Is there really something to worry about in the financial maelstrom this weekend?
Let us recall that it took two years for the Wall Street Crash of 1929 to become the Great Depression. After the initial crash in October, the market rallied for several months, before embarking on an even more shattering decline in the spring of 1930.
The Depression became global in 1931 when the French, fearing that the Germans were planning to expand their ever closer union with Austria, pulled their funds out of the Austrian Credit-Anstalt, which started a run on that bank in the May.
In fact, Credit-Anstalt was stuffed with bad loans, but it was also regarded as too big to fail. Austria guaranteed the bank, which made it a sovereign debt crisis, and, to keep going, Credit-Anstalt went to the Bank for International Settlements, which offered too small a loan, too late. This is when the lender of last resort stepped in. Partly to rebuke the French for playing politics with money,
Governor Montagu Norman of the Bank of England extended a 50million Austrian Schilling line of credit, rolled over weekly until the August when the bank had to call it in.
Suddenly it was clear that the Bank of England could no longer be the lender of last resort, and with no one else willing, the gold standard system began to crack up.
Historic event: The Great Depression of 1931 became global two years after the Wall Street Crash
Historic event: The Great Depression of 1931 became global two years after the Wall Street Crash
In revenge, the French had started to convert their Sterling deposits to gold at a rate that exceeded the capacity to ship the stuff to Paris. Over the summer, the pressure on Sterling mounted and the Coalition (National) government proposed severe measures.
In September, in response to threats of a pay cut, there was a mutiny in the Royal Navy at Invergordon - and, just days later, Britain went off the gold standard. The French went on calling in their gold, but the damage was done. Of course it couldn’t happen again. Could it?
On July 21 this year, the leaders of the eurozone cheerfully announced another of their deals to end all deals.
They ratcheted the next move towards a European debt union in order to resolve the debt crisis in a peripheral economy, Greece.
They thereby added to the case before the German Constitutional Court which, like an unexploded grenade, has yet to rule on the legality of all this for the principal paymaster, Germany; and then they took themselves off on their summer holidays.
Since the recent heart attack on the markets, the roaring return of the eurozone crisis has now reached out from the smaller peripheral PIIGS (Greece, Ireland and Portugal) to the bigger PIIGS (Spain and especially Italy), and has caused President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso to write to the holidaying leaders in their various resorts.
Wrong move: European Central Bank chief Jean-Claude Trichet
Wrong move: European Central Bank chief Jean-Claude Trichet
Naturally, Barroso blamed the national parliaments for not ratifying the bail-out deal before buzzing off to the beach, and also for not making it big enough to bail out Italy.
To help things along, on Thursday Jean-Claude Trichet, President of the European Central Bank, melodramatically told the world ‘you will see what we do’.
The markets took this as confirmation that the ECB would start to buy Spanish and Italian bonds to cool their rates, but bizarrely, Mr Trichet bought Portuguese and Irish bonds. The markets panicked.
All the familiar 1930s signs of a full-blown collapse of confidence appeared, with economic nationalism in the air and the threat of protectionism not far behind.
In the 1930s, that cycle shut down world trade. And the motor only really started up again when production for the Second World War kick-started the American economy. This is not a nice recollection, but a necessary one. War and financial mayhem do not live in different towns. They are usually semi-detached.
‘The ECB is spitting in the wind,’ commented Professor Willem Buiter, Citigroup’s chief economist and a former member of the Bank of England’s monetary policy committee. It must either come in big - which we know it can’t - to buy Italian and Spanish bonds, or, as Buiter added, ‘accept the biggest banking crisis since 1931’.
Mr Barosso should really have sent just two hoary old sayings in his letter to the hapless holidaymakers. The first is that those who forget their history are doomed to repeat it. The other is that you should never try to play politics with currencies: they always bite you back.

"From the United States Patriots Union"

"From the United States Patriots Union"

Penned by J.B. Williams
Americans expecting Obama to fix the economy are beginning to lose faith in their messiah as Obama sets new historic lows in America’s economic standing in the world. For the first time in U.S. history, the most prosperous nation ever known to mankind has lost its AAA credit rating under Obamanomics - making Obama the first U.S. President in history to destroy America’s record as the world’s economic superpower.
America’s spend, borrow and print economic policies are sending economic shock waves around the globe. The nation that has provided economic aid to more than eighty-percent of the globe is now in deep economic trouble itself.
The people, who knew Obamanomics would fail, just like every Marxist wealth redistribution system ever tried on earth, have concluded that Obama is an economic nitwit and a monumental fiscal failure. But are they right?
Success is in the eye of the beholder. If you are looking for real free market economic recovery, Obamanomics is a historic failure the likes of which has never before been seen in the United States. But if your agenda is to destroy free-market economics, then Obama’s plan is a success story that communists could only dream of in the past.
For people who want freedom and free-market prosperity, Obamanomics is the abject failure they knew it would be. But for people who want Marxism, Obamanomic’s is a huge success story, as it threatens to force every American into a financial corner from which they will accept Marxism and socialist global governance rather than individual financial ruin.
Americans have not felt the need to fight communism since the fall of the Soviet Union. Many thought communism died when the Berlin Wall came down under Ronald Reagan. The documentary AGENDA – Grinding America Down demonstrates just how foolish those notions are and just how costly it can be to make such an enormous political blunder.
The fall of the Soviet Empire only caused communism to take a new tactic and strategy as it continued to, well yes, grind America down, or dumb America down, until citizens would accept Marxism under the guise of a more polished title, progressive.
The new tactic was to work from within America’s own government, using democratic processes to advance socialism, known today as Democratic Socialism, currently running all three branches of the Federal Government via the legislative arms of The Democratic Socialists of America, the Black Caucus and Progressive Caucus.
Today’s DNC policy talking points are coming straight from The Communist Party USA. Michigan Democrat John Conyers was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party USA when he formed the Congressional Black Caucus. Vermont Independent Bernie Sanders is a card-carrying member of the Socialist Party USA, and formed the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
Communism is alive and well in America and it is no longer in the closet, or just Hollywood. It is in charge of the Federal Government. These folks understand that America must vote for Marxism. They understand that in order to get Americans to vote for Marxism, they must force the majority of citizens into an economic disaster first, so that the citizens will choose Marxism over starvation for their families.
On this basis, Obamanomics is an enormous success, as it has bankrupted the nation, nearly every state and the vast majority of Americans in less than three years of Democratic Socialist rule in DC.
Obamanomics has accomplished all of the following in record time…
· Increased the national debt by almost 50% in less than three years
· Forced more than 30% of working Americans into unemployment or under-employment
· Forced the economy into an extended depression
· Forced banks into bankruptcy
· Forced states into bankruptcy
· Seized control of several key industries
· Set the entire Middle East on fire
· Turned old U.S. allies into new enemies
· Identified all true American patriots as potential domestic terrorists
· Decimated the U.S. Military and Intelligence community
· Dismantled the Constitutional Republic using leftist federal courts
· Crushed the Tenth Amendment Rights of the states
· Turned what was left of the free press into a 24/7 leftist propaganda machine
· Turned U.S. law enforcement into an S.S. style Gestapo.
· Eliminated congressional oversight of the Executive and Judicial branches
· Destroyed the life savings of millions of American families
· Turned the Department of Homeland Security into a brown shirt operation
· Turned the White House into a playpen for communists and socialists
· Destroyed the value of a college education
· Forced investors and employers to flee for foreign markets
· I could list at least a hundred more items…
These people are not ignorant or inept, having no clue what they are doing. They are evil. They know exactly what they are doing and they are doing it with specific purpose, at break-neck speed and unparalleled precision.
For Americans who want a Constitutional Representative Republic, individual freedom and liberty and old fashioned American prosperity through individual effort and sacrifice, Obamanomics is a disaster of monumental proportions…
But if you are a useless parasite seeking to live on the toil and earnings of others, sucking the life right out of America’s most productive in order to advance your Marxist agenda of confiscating and redistributing other people’s hard earned wealth, then Obamanomics is a grand success story that is on the brink of total success, in which every American citizen will be reduced to Federal Dependents just as poor as the parasites of the world.
We can no longer afford to misinterpret the events unfolding every day in America and around the world.
Ignorance is easily fixed by introducing information, knowledge and wisdom. But there is only one fix for pure evil, and that is to cut it out like the cancer it is, before it consumes the entire body.
At this late stage, the cancer threatens the entire national body and if the people don’t take appropriate measures swiftly, the cancer will consume everything.
